While working as the Social Media Manager and Marketing Director at RIP Valley Sports Card & Culture Shop, I played a hands on role in shaping how the brand connected with its community. I created daily content, interacted directly with customers and collectors, and helped market high level in shop events featuring well known athletes. Promoting these moments from planning to execution allowed me to highlight the energy of the shop and create excitement both in person and online. I took pride in making sure everything we shared felt authentic to RIP Valley and meaningful to the people who supported it.

Beyond managing social media, I took on a wide range of day-to-day responsibilities that kept the shop running smoothly. I handled daily shipping for card breaks, promoted and supported our Whatnot live streams, and sent out weekly newsletters to keep customers informed and engaged. I regularly prepared and submitted customer cards for PSA grading, priced inventory, organized products throughout the shop, and maintained a clean, welcoming space. I also worked directly with customers, helped organize and market in store events, created marketing assets, and assisted with scheduling player appearances. I consistently stepped in wherever needed and took pride in doing the behind the scenes work that helped the business succeed.
